Return & Refund Policy

Return

If you are not satisfied with the product purchased for other reasons, you may return it within 3 workings days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

• Returned item must be in its original condition.
• Three (3) working days are counted from the date you receive the merchandise.
• Buyer will be responsible for any charges incurred in returning the item back to us.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable (if any).
• Prior to any return, please contact us first for return address and return procedure.
• We reserve the rights for final decision making.

Refund

Once we received your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

The refund will be made automatically to the buyer’s credit/debit card, eWallet, or original method of payment within (4) weeks. For FPX, the refund will only be made to the designated bank account. If your return is not approved, we will resend the items to you.

 

Warranty Policies

• Products must be returned to us within 30 days from the date delivered to you as per shown on the courier tracking’s result.
• Products must be in new condition and in the original packaging along with all the accessories including manuals, warranty cards, etc. and free gifts (if any).
• Warranty only applies to products that advertised comes with warranty.
• Warranty can only apply to product’s manufacturing defects and does not apply to physical damage by human error.
